The first step is to log in. The software is ready-configured with your Betfair account name, so all you have to do is key in your Betfair password.

On a mobile phone you use the normal multitap approach to enter your password, just like keying in a name to the address book.

Digits and capital letters appear after the lower case letters. For instance, pressing the 2 key repeatedly will give abc2ABC in sequence. The 1 key gives 1.-_@/ and the 0 key gives 0+. This may not be the same key order as you are used to on your handset as Betfair Mobile runs on a wide range of phones.

Once you have entered your password click the Login soft key and you will be asked to set some preferences.
