Network Failure 27 error message

If you are receiving an error message "Network Failure 27", this generally means that there is a communications error caused by incorrect settings in your phone.  This can normally be addressed by reloading the GPRS setting in your phone.

• Go to your operators website and look for help on configuring your phone.
• Follow the relevant instructions for obtaining GPRS settings.
• Make sure these are enabled on your handset.

Betfair should now be accessible via your phone.

If reloading the operator settings has not worked then you need to phone customer services and ask the agent to send you the correct ones.

• Ring your operators customer services number.
• Ask for "GPRS settings which will allow a java application to communicate over the web using http".
